payment hassle

The payment method was a hassle. cash only, and they didn't have change available, which was frustrating. Door accessibility was problematic. after struggling with three locked doors, it took outside help just to get inside. Plus, the slippery bathroom tiles posed a safety risk.

Perfect location, right along busy streets filled with bars and restaurants. Quick access to the port for our ferry to Positano. The room had a pleasant air conditioning unit that helped during the hot nights. Cleanliness stood out. the room was tidy upon arrival. the WiFi connection was weak, making it frustrating to stay connected. The shower took forever to warm up and had trouble draining, which was inconvenient. not having a staff member available during check-in led to some confusion on our arrival. Had to rely on email for instructions.

The location was ideal, situated within a short walking distance to many of Naples' attractions, making it easy to explore the city.

The shower barely ran and took an excessive amount of time to warm up, which was quite inconvenient during my stay.

The staff were exceptionally helpful, assisting us with our transportation needs from the airport. The room felt spacious and was meticulously clean upon our arrival. The central location made it easy to explore local attractions without hassle. the efficient check-in process allowed for a smooth start to our trip.
